Are your products suitable for vegans & ovo-lacto vegetarians?

All of our products are suitable for vegans & ovo-lacto vegetarians.

We recommend storing our rice in a cool, dry area such as a store cupboard.

The reason it can be unsafe to reheat and consume rice the following day, is because of Bascillus Cereus and other bacteria that exist in dry rice, the spores of which can survive the cooking process. These spores can grow and produce toxins when the rice is left at room temperature and could potentially be a cause for food poisoning. We recommend that rice is cooled as quickly as possible after cooking and stored in the refrigerator. When reheating, make sure that the rice is hot throughout the dish before consuming. Rice should not be kept in the fridge for more than a day after cooking and should never be reheated more than once.

Our rice products contain only rice and therefore have no allergens.

Do your products contain gluten?

All of the rice that we supply is gluten free. Gluten is  found in wheat or products containing wheat derivatives or barley, rye, kamut, spelt & oats.
