Founded and inaugurated on August the 28th, 1867 at Dunkirk - France by Emperor Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie.

Established in 1867 and changed of ownership and management in 1981, Nouvelle Rizerie Du Nord S.A. has a rich history of more than 150 years in the import & export of rice and rice by-products and is one of the oldest companies in the North of France.

Our rich heritage and years of expertise with rice are present in each step we take to produce the finest grade rice, starting from planting, harvesting, to processing and packaging.

We ensure that great care is given to our rice as it travels from the farm to your dining table.
